Triad-Orbit OM, Mini Single-Arm Orbital Boom
The Triad-Orbit OM, Mini Single-arm Orbital Boom is the smaller version of the Orbit 1 orbital boom arm and is the companion boom for the optional Triad Mini Stand. The Orbit Mini provides flexible placement in tight spaces and back-line applications. All orbital booms utilize a proprietary, stainless-steel ball swivel mechanism to deliver a smooth, quiet and stable range of motion for surgically precise mic placement. The Orbit Mini is also equipped with the IO quick-change coupler hex to mate with IO-equipped Triad stands. This is great for quickly changing or moving microphones without having to unscrew anything. The boom also utilizes an industrial-grade clutch in lieu of knob and thumbscrew to secure the point of adjustment. The knurled metal clutch barrel is coated to provide a comfortable ergonomic grip that yields more torque. With no protruding parts, the boom is designed to transport and store with ease.
